Please take into consideration when you book a sleepover party with us: Due the high demand we recommend you book as early as possible and as soon as you have a date secured to avoid disappointment.
Below are some commonly asked questions and answers.
“The Company” "We" is Dream Cathers Teepee and Party Events.
“The Client” is the person who books the Equipment or utilizes Company services.
“The Equipment” means the teepees and furnishings provided by the Company for the use of the Client.
Any damages or lost/stolen rental equipment will incur a cost equal to its replacement. We reserve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price for the party.
The business will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your hire period. The items are made for children and customers have a duty of care and supervise when using the equipment during the party event.
A non-smoking environment must be provided at all times during the teepee rental. Please do your best to keep pets away from the teepees. Food, drinks, shoes, *pets, nail polish and slime are prohibited inside the teepee. *Expectation to "Pet Teepee Rental"
A checklist of the rental items and any additional items at the time of the delivery will be provided and verified by the client and the business. It is the client’s responsibility to return all the items that are checked in perfect condition the next day.
Dream Catchers Teepees reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. Rest assured that we will never use identifying information in these images. If you would like an image removed, please contact us immediately via email or text. All equipment remains at all times the property of Dream Catchers Teepees & Party Events.
The Company will never pass on, sell or distribute Client information to any third party.
All material on the Dream Catcher Party Events website and on social media pages including photographs, design, layout and graphics are owned by the Company and are copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Some images used may be stock photos of items available.

Before you rent our teepees, please make sure to thoroughly read and understand our terms and conditions.
We accept cash and all major credit / debit cards. Including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Payment is processed by Square; a secure credit card payment processor.
We ask that all guests be 4 years of age and over.
We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. However, there are options to have the Dream Catcher's Party Team host an add-on activity.
Our standard package is for a one night rental. Additional nights be added on for an additional cost. Our Hang-out tent rentals are for 6 hours.
Each standard Teepee Tent set-up is approximately 4 feet wide by 75 inches long. Please have the space cleared upon our arrival. We generally set up the tents next to each other or opposite of each other, depending on the space. Please make sure you have an open area, a clutter free room, and a safe space for the kids to sleep. It is your responsibility to make sure there is enough space to accommodate the teepees with an open and unobstructed walkway to allow your guests to get in and out of the teepees safely.

Our tents are indoor only tents.
Dream Catchers Party Events requires that the designated tent area be clean and cleared of furniture. We will not move furniture to make room for your event. If area is not cleaned, $50 will be added to total amount. We reserve the right to cancel party prior to set-up if area has not been cleaned to our standards.
Please allow 1 – 2 hours for set-up and approximately 45 minutes for take down.
Yes, we do not provide pillows to sleep on due to hygiene reasons. We will provide a throw blanket but if the weather is cold, we suggest providing additional blankets or sleeping bags.
Our sheets, mattress pad covers, blankets and pillowcases are all professionally laundered. All remaining items are wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or spray. Our tent covers will also be steamed before and after your party. All items will be left for 72 hours after they have been sanitized.
If you think the service our staff has provided for you is excellent, please let us know. Tips are not required but always appreciated.
Upon receipt of your booking request, we will contact you to review the Terms and Conditions prior to paying the deposit. We provide you with a contract with our policy and terms of our service agreement with the assumption that you have read and agreed to them by signing the contract. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the policies before reserving your party.
